What we collect
When you use the Case Intake, booking or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, contact details, the type of matter, the county, the names of other people involved, key dates and a short description. We don't sell this information or share it for marketing.
How it's stored
Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection directly to the firm's Google Workspace account and stored in a restricted file that only the attorney and authorized staff can open, with two-step sign-in. Nothing you submit is stored on the web server that hosts this site, and the details aren't sent by regular email. The firm gets an alert that a new submission arrived, without its contents.
How long we keep it
If the firm takes your matter, your information becomes part of your client file. If the firm doesn't take your matter, or we don't hear back from you, we keep only the names of the people involved, the date, the type of matter and our decision, so we can check for conflicts of interest in the future. Everything else is deleted after one year.
Spam protection and fonts
The forms use a spam check that may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, to tell people from bots. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting a form or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm represents you only after it has agreed in writing to do so.
