Shadi grew up in St. Petersburg and opened Fackih Law Office in May 2025. He runs the firm so that clients deal with him directly: he answers the phone, explains things plainly and stays with the case from start to finish.
Before starting the firm, Shadi served as an assistant public defender in Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit, from 2018 to 2019 and again from 2021 to 2024, representing people charged with crimes in Florida courts. He also worked in private practice at Tampa Bay law firms. That work shaped how he practices: prepare every case as if it will go to trial, keep clients informed, and tell them the truth about their options.
Today the firm handles criminal defense, family law, personal injury, real estate, evictions and estate planning for clients in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Manatee counties. Real estate work is limited to Pinellas County.
